The Lemonade Diet

The Cayenne pepper is one of the most powerful healing agents and is rich in both Vitamin B and Vitamin C. The taste of the powdered Cayenne pepper is a little difficult to get used to. So most times people tend to use other supplements in the diet. That is not advisable. If you find the taste hard to get used to, use a little amount of Cayenne pepper in the beginning of your lemonade diet and slowly increase the proportion.

The salt water flush is an essential part of the lemonade diet. Mix a teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt in warm water and flush every morning. Some people even mix lemon juice with salt water to make it more drinkable. A word of caution here, make sure you are closer to a toilet for at least an hour after your salt flush.
